Code of Conduct Policy
Our Code of Conduct Policy applies to all employees. All employees are expected to read this Code at least once per year and to comply, at all times, with its terms. This Code reflects our commitment to conduct our business lawfully and in keeping with the highest ethical standards.
Policy to Fight Against Forced Labour
Our Policy to Fight Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains forbids us from condoning forced labour and child labour in any of our operations including our supply chains and requires that we take systemic action to identify and fight against the risk of forced labour and child labour wherever it exists.
Due Diligence Report in response to Bill S-211
The work undertaken for this inaugural Due Diligence Report has sought to “embed responsible business conduct into the policies and management systems” of each of the businesses reported upon, and on an initial and exploratory basis to “identify and assess actual and potential adverse impacts” associated with the operations, products, or services of each such business.
As required by the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act, S.C. 2023, c. 9 (the Act), s. 11(1).
